By ticking yes to the terms and conditions on the talent application form and signing it (available to download by clicking on the below "Sign Up" button) you declare that you accept the below terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the contract of representation if accepted for representation by Talent Management International and PR Management International.  

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into between you/us "the client(s)" and United Film Productions International "the company" from the day that we the company agree to represent you the client, and that in accepting representation with United Film Productions International, you the client agree to the following:
 
1. I/we hereby declare that I/we am aware and agree to payment charges from United Film Productions International as outline below for representation internationally. 

2. I/we herewithin declare that I/we enter and accept this agreement and I/we am aware that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice (with the exception of payment charges) at the companies discretion, and that if at any time I/we breach the terms and conditions of this agreement, then I/we may be subject to legislation action.

3. I/we declare that I/we are aware that this agreement maybe terminated by either party, but that said reason must be coherent, and understand that either party must be informed by written confirmation 30 days before termination of this agreement, and that termination during negotiations of which I/we are being represented may result in charges being issued to me/us of wish I/we agree to pay.  

4. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The parties irrevocably agree and acknowledge that the sole venue and forum for any issue pertaining to this Agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

We are always looking out for new talent at UFPI, and in particular at present we are very interested in new applications from anyone aged over 35 years old. Please note we only accept applications for representation through our online application system.
